March 30th was a celebration of my first solo show in downtown Belleville, ON. I featured 40 original pieces from my latest collection. With over 300 in attendance, it was a fantastic day/night celebrating visual arts.
Elevation has been a passion project for me. Every piece was created between November 2018 and March 2019. The project has been about learning to love again by falling in love with the Canadian Shield (so engrained in my childhood), remembering my roots, honouring my own personal journey and finding hope.
It was my deepest desire that those viewing the show would find their spirit and soul elevated.
